# Death, bereavement and estate source set

The [source register](../source/death-bereavement-estate.v1.yaml) fixes a
twenty-reference denominator for the third slice:

- eight GOV.UK pages for routing, Tell Us Once, funerals, England and Wales
  registration correction, probate, estate administration and tax;
- four Scottish sources from National Records of Scotland, COPFS, Scottish
  Government and Scottish Courts; and
- eight nidirect sources for registration, coroner involvement, manual
  notification, benefits, funeral, probate, no-will and debt boundaries.

No page was snapshotted. The dated
[rights decisions](../source/rights-decisions.v1.yaml) retain linking and
original narrow summary as the permitted project use. Observation on
2026-08-07 does not freeze a
service's bodies, deadline, price, form, tax rule or court procedure. The
current authority and actual document must be checked before use.

The sources support separate England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
identity. They do not establish that similar service labels, outputs or
authority documents are equivalent.
