# Wales context

## Missed rubbish collection

The implemented Wales example is the
[Cardiff missed-collection route](../services/cardiff-missed-collection.md),
provided by [Cardiff Council](../organisations/cardiff-council.md). It supplies
the Welsh evidence directly rather than relying on ambiguous national routing
text.

The selected external complaint route is the
[Public Services Ombudsman for Wales](../organisations/public-services-ombudsman-for-wales.md),
subject to first complaining to the responsible body and to current scope.

## Learning to drive and speeding

The selected ordinary route is the
[Great Britain car-learning route](../services/great-britain-learn-to-drive-car.md),
with a Welsh-language service option where the official page supplies one.
The speeding exception starts with the
[Great Britain notice route](../services/great-britain-speeding-notice.md) and
uses the [England and Wales court route](../services/england-wales-speeding-court-route.md)
where the actual document enters that process. A shared justice system does
not make a Welsh-language service or local context identical to England.

## Death, notification and estate administration

The selected route uses [England and Wales death registration](../services/england-wales-death-registration.md),
[Tell Us Once](../services/tell-us-once.md) within its current residence and
coverage rules, and the [England and Wales probate route](../services/england-wales-probate-estate.md).
Welsh-language availability is retained where supplied, but it does not make
Wales identical to England in every local delivery detail.
