# HM Courts and Tribunals Service
HMCTS provides the selected
[England and Wales court response route](../services/england-wales-speeding-court-route.md).
Its single justice guidance expressly distinguishes Scotland and Northern
Ireland. A court, not this bundle, determines an individual case.
HMCTS also provides the selected
[England and Wales probate route](../services/england-wales-probate-estate.md).
That route is distinct from Scottish confirmation and Northern Ireland
probate; the court determines an application.
