This folder stands in for a build that never ran: the embed of a binary
compiled without `pnpm --dir fluid build`. It has to exist in the tree because
the RustEmbed derive fails to compile on a folder that is not there, and git
does not track empty folders, so this file is the folder.

One clause of fidelity, so nobody reads more into it than it says: rust-embed
embeds dotfiles, so this file is itself an entry in that embed, while the
folder build.rs stages for a no-node build genuinely holds zero entries. What
the fixture stands in for is an embed with no entry point, which is the only
thing the tests using it ask about.

Nothing here may be named index.html, or the empty-embed tests stop testing an
empty embed.
