MBSE COFFEE MACHINE - KNOWLEDGE PACK
====================================
Everything from the MEMKO MBSEF-SEng work, in one folder.

WHAT'S HERE
-----------
MBSE_CoffeeMachine_KnowledgePack.docx
The main write-up (16 pages, with screenshots): the model, how we drove
CATIA Magic with Groovy, how we exported the data, how the graph found gaps,
the digital twin + electrocution hazard, OEE, requirements-vs-industry
sensitivity analysis, the local LLM, and how to rebuild/deploy on a
controlled network. The model, the app and the standalone are ALSO embedded
inside this .docx as double-click attachments (see "Package Contents", p16).

MBSE_Coffee_Machine_Analysis.pptx
The presentation version (20 slides): background & context, screenshots,
    integration patterns and lessons learnt.

CoffeeMachine-SysML-Model.mdzip
The complete SysML model. Open in CATIA Magic / Magic Systems of Systems
    Architect 2026x.

CoffeeMachine-App.zip
The full interactive portal + the two local PowerShell servers + the
exported model JSON + its own READ-ME. Unzip, then:
        powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\serve.ps1
        browse to http://localhost:8000

CoffeeMachine-Showcase-standalone.html
A single self-contained file - the whole portal with the model inlined.
Just double-click it to run offline (no server, nothing to install).
Best for quickly showing people what the approach can do.

MBSE_CoffeeMachine_KnowledgePack.zip
A copy of the .docx plus the three files above, loose - handy if your
Word viewer doesn't show embedded attachments.

QUICK START
-----------
- Just want to see it?          -> double-click CoffeeMachine-Showcase-standalone.html
- Want the full running app? -> unzip CoffeeMachine-App.zip and run serve.ps1
- Want the model? -> open CoffeeMachine-SysML-Model.mdzip in CATIA Magic
- Want the story / to present? -> open the .docx or the .pptx

DIGITAL TWIN - the electrocution hazard (REQ 3.1.5)
---------------------------------------------------
Open the Digital Twin page, turn Auto-serve ON and watch: the tank drains as it
brews; a compliant design would inhibit the brew when water is low (REQ 1.3), but
this machine keeps dispensing, so the tank runs dry, the element energises the
chassis and - with no RCD fitted - the operator is electrocuted. (Or hit the red
"Short circuit on dispense" button for an instant trigger.)

Everything runs locally / offline. Author: Alex Kovaceski. Date: 17 Sep 2026.
